Indian e-commerce payment system and financial technology company, Paytm has roped in Kinjal Chaudhary to lead HR and operations. 

In this role, Chaudhary will be heading the entire operations of the business. The current field force of 10,000 employees is expected to increase to 30,000 in the next six to eight months.

Recently, the company has overhauled its management team with new appointments and internal promotions. Madhur Deora who was working as the CFO for Paytm was elevated to head the all the company’s consumer services businesses in a newly created role of President. Similarly, the company elevated Pravin Jadhav as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Paytm Money from Director, Paytm Money. The most recent changes in the management team was that of Vikas Garg as Deputy CFO who replaced Madhur Deora.

Prior to this appointment, Chaudhary was the SVP and group CHRO at Eicher Trucks & Buses. Chaudhry has over 20 yearsof HR experience, working in different companies. He has worked with companies, such as ITC, Unilever, PepsiCo, ITC Infotech and Amazon.

Chaudhary completed his post-graduation in HR from XLRI ans started his career as a mangement trainee at ITC.
