RepIndia appoints Maitri Kaushik as Group Head – HR

Digital agency RepIndia has confirmed the appointment of Maitri Kaushik as Group Head – HR as the company looks towards strengthening its people-first culture and taking its HR initiatives a notch higher. In her new role, she will be responsible for the HR team leadership, and developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Archit Chenoy, CEO, RepIndia, said, “We have strong ambitions for RepIndia to transform into a truly diverse, inclusive, people-driven and equitable company. Maitri brings a wealth of experience in change management, talent development, operational efficiency, recruitment, with a proven ability to lead. She will play a key role in the transformation of RepIndia and its HR activities, as well as creating a diverse and passionate team.” 

Maitri was previously associated with Adglobal360 as Senior Manager – HR and comes with 10 years of experience across renowned advertising agencies such as Dentsu.  She started the journey with Dentsu as a junior employee by handling the Gurgaon branch with the primary focus being on bringing in new employees with new talents of the company and managing the employees by guiding & helping the said employees by providing direction when necessary. At Adglobal360, she handled the HR business partnering role and was tasked with implementing various HR strategies and policies in order to transform culture. She was additionally tasked with streamlining processes.
