As per the latest announcement, Roopank Chaudhary rejoins Rewards Solutions at Aon as the India Chief Commercial Officer, Head of its Mumbai Office and Head of the Financial Institutions practice. 

Nitin Sethi, CEO, Performance Rewards and Organization Solutions at Aon India and South Asia, said, “I welcome Roopank back to Aon. Roopank is a seasoned and well-respected HR and Rewards leader. Roopank will be responsible for key client relationships, client development for all of Aon’s existing solutions, as well as new products and help position Aon as the foremost Human Capital Consulting firm in India. 

Roopank spent 11 months as a Partner for Korn Ferry’s India Advisory Practice, leading the Rewards Advisory Business and helping develop the Global Financial Markets (GFM) practice across all advisory solutions. He was also a key member of the India leadership Team for Korn Ferry in India.

Roopank's association with Aon is over 14 years in leading the India Financial Institutions practice. Over the period of his leading this business he grew revenues and margin significantly and helped Aon’s clients address many important reward and human capital challenges. His key solution areas include rewards strategy, structuring and benchmarking, job description & evaluation, organization structuring, employee engagement, and HR set up. He has worked with clients in India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Mauritius, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and the Middle East.

Roopank serves as a member of the Advisory Board of Meghnad Desai of Academics, Mumbai, bringing in industry expertise and experience for the institute. He is also a member of the Industry Advisory Board for the Post Graduate Program in Human Resource Management (PGP-HRM) at Indian Institute of Management Indore, providing leadership and guidance to the design of the PGP-HRM program.

Prior to his tenure at Aon, Roopank spent four years in Retail and Corporate Banking.  He was an Asst. Vice President in the Corporate & Investment Bank at HSBC in Delhi managing a portfolio of large Indian private sector corporates as well as key MNC clients.
