SAP India appoints Vlasta Dusil as India HR Head

SAP India appoints Vlasta Dusil as India HR Head

SAP India has appointed Vlasta Dusil as the Head of HR India, effective from February 2016. She will be an integral part of the India Leadership Team.

In SAP Switzerland, she was responsible for driving the local execution of the HR strategy, the HR portfolio and on-demand topics. She focused on implementing the HR Operating model in Switzerland by simplifying process and team development. Because of her, the HR team pulse checks indicate trust and teamwork has increased 50%. She has also been the Strategic Business Partner and Consultant with the Managing Director on transformational topics, such as Go-To-Market strategy implementation, leadership and organizational changes. She was the leader to all Swiss HR functions in execution of all HR activities locally (Recruiting, Operations, Compensation, Payroll, etc.). Vlasta held the dual role of HR Director Switzerland and HRBP EMEA South GCO.

Originally from Canada, Vlasta joined SAP through the Business Objects acquisition.  She moved to Germany in 2010 and held various roles including Director of Learning & Talent Management and Executive Board Assistant to the HR Board member. 

Vlasta Dusil has done her MBA in Human Resources from Simon Fraser University, and she is also a graduate in Finance from British Columbia University.
