Having led the HR function of Global Business Line’s strategic customer and segment at Schneider Electric, Niharika Mohan has been promoted to the role of Vice President, HR, Admin and CSR, Luminous Power Technologies, which is a retail brand of Schneider Electric India. 

She will be tasked with guiding the people strategy and workplace compliance for all business divisions of Luminous Power Technologies. 

With more than 21 years of experience in the industry, Niharika has worked in multiple industries in a variety of business transformation roles spanning from diverse HR practices to a specific focus on organizational design and restructuring, M&A integration, compensation and benefits, succession planning, change management, D&I, and talent management.
