Adrenalin eSystems Limited has appointed Sridhar Ganesh as the company MD and CEO.

He is an Independent Director at Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited.

The focus is to expand the business into regions like APAC and Middle East apart from increasing our presence in India. "My focus will be on Growth, Efficiency and Capabilities," he added.

Sridhar Ganesh is a seasoned HR professional and a thought leader with vast experience in various facets of HR management, at both operational and strategic levels. His interests are in the areas of Business Strategy, Leadership, and Coaching for Performance.

Sridhar was instrumental in initiating transformational changes while working with organizations namely Murugappa Group, Cadbury Schweppes Plc-EMEA and Cadbury India.

Sridhar is a graduate in physics and holds a post-graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

In addition to his professional career, he is deeply passionate about social causes and is actively involved in social initiatives.
