In his career spanning more than 25 years, Bhaskar has held several leadership roles in various reputed companies. Prior to this, he was working as VP-HR at Cognizant, where he handled entire HR functions in India. He was instrumental in refining Cognizant’s highly rated performance-oriented culture. Before this, Bhaskar was responsible for starting Sutherland’s BPO Operations in India.
