Vikram Bector quits Cipla as Chief Talent Officer & Head Corporate HR

If sources are to be believed, Bector who joined the group in December 2015 is ready to move on after spending just 8 months with the organization.

According to sources, Vikram Bector, Chief Talent Officer and Head Corporate HR at Cipla has put in his papers just after 8 months of joining the organization. Vikram had joined Cipla in December 2015, post his resignation from RIL as Chief Talent Officer. 

Prior to joining Cipla, Vikram worked with RIL for one and half years. Bector was also the chief learning officer and head of talent management at Tata Motors. Before Tata Motors, he was associated with Deloitte as the chief learning officer & Vice President of talent development for 2 years.

Vikram Bector completed his MBA in marketing and finance from Punjab Agricultural University. His first venture as a management professional was with NIS Sparta as a trainer in 1996.

Bector has earned himself the reputation as a great leader for his significant contribution in training, organization development, leadership development and employee engagement. In his career of over 25 years, he has worked in diverse segments like BFSI, healthcare, IT consulting and office automation.
