Coding-for-kids startup WhiteHat Jr has recently named Gaurav Timble as its new Director HR. As per his LinkedIn profile, Gaurav’s appointment is effective from this month.

Gaurav joins the edtech startup after almost a 10-year stint at Deloitte, where he was the Associate Director HR. He also held the position of Head - Total Rewards and Global Mobility and HR Head (HRBP) – Risk Advisory during his stint at Deloitte. 

Prior to Deloitte, Gaurav worked as Regional Head of HR for ING Vyasa Bank for slightly more than a year. He has also worked with organizations such as Future Generali India Insurance and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company.

An alumnus of the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a certified professional from HR Certification Institute, Gaurav brings with him over 15+ years of experience in his new post at the two-year-old edtech startup.
