It’s a part of their India expansion plan as the company is aggressively increasing its client portfolio and are focussing on hiring specialised people across different verticals for the organization’s Noida office.

We are investing heavily in training teams across our offices so that irrespective of locations the qualities of services offered are consistent.”

3Pillar Global plans to achieve a global workforce of 800-1000 total people in the next 2 years. The company recorded revenue of $32 million in 2015 and are targeting a figure of $40 million by end of 2016.
