3Pillar Global, a leading developer of innovative, revenue-generating software products, is planning to hire about 200 people in the coming months. It’s a part of their India expansion plan as the company is aggressively increasing its client portfolio and are focussing on hiring specialised people across different verticals for the organization’s Noida office.   

Catalin Stef, Senior VP - International Sales at 3Pillar Global said, “India is the leading contributor to the company’s global revenue contributing approximately 60% of the total share, followed by Romania 45% and the US 5%. We are investing heavily in training teams across our offices so that irrespective of locations the qualities of services offered are consistent.”

3Pillar Global plans to achieve a global workforce of 800-1000 total people in the next 2 years. The company recorded revenue of $32 million in 2015 and are targeting a figure of $40 million by end of 2016.

3Pillar Global is known for developing impactful software products and help business’ innovate through concept validation, accelerate by developing agile software solutions and elevate products by providing technical and business expertise. The company currently is offering services in four main verticals from India namely Media, Healthcare, Information services, and Education.
