India-based tech firm Payoda to ramp-up hiring by 2025

India-based software technology firm Payoda is considering increasing its headcount by 2025. With offices in Chennai, Hyderabad and offshore workplace in Texas, United States, Dubai and Romania, Payoda is headquartered in Chennai.

The firm has plans to ramp up its hiring process to increase headcount to 1,000, across domestic and offshore offices. Payoda is planning to hire for all key departments such as technology, sales, human resources, administration and marketing. The hiring process will improve strength at all centres of Payoda.  

According to Karunya Sampath, Payoda co-founder, majority of the team members would be from India.

Payoda follows a hybrid work model. Employees at Payoda work from the office for three days and two days from home or remote locations.

“In view of the technological advancements it has become pertinent for stakeholders to expand their horizon through robust infrastructure and skilled human resources,” Sampath was quoted as saying.

Payoda Technology Inc provides technology solutions and services for global businesses enabling them to be efficient, focused and innovative. They have expertise in end user research, human-centered design, product design, product engineering and analytics.
