PalTech, an offshore IT consulting firm, has unveiled its hiring strategy for the end of 2025, as it prepares to expand its global operations and service portfolio. The company aims to recruit over 1000 new employees in FY24 alone.

PalTech is proficient in providing various engagement models, such as product engineering, team extension management, and build-operate-transfer services to its clients. The company will concentrate on recruiting new talent in app development, data engineering, quality modules, platform building, and other related categories.

“With this new recruitment plan, we aim to bring like-minded professionals on board who have the same passion, zeal, and commitment to serve customers and allied stakeholders in the ecosystem,” said Shyam Palreddy, founder and chief executive officer of PalTech.

To meet the increasing demand for its services from various industries and geographic domains, PalTech will be opening new office spaces as part of its expansion efforts.

PalTech stated that its upcoming hiring initiatives will enable the organisation to provide customised solutions tailored to meet the unique and specific needs of its clients. The newly hired workforce is expected to enhance the company's service standards by delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Currently, PalTech has more than 500 employees working across service verticals and in terms of the gender ratio, there are two women for every three men employed by the company. 

PalTech specialises in digital transformational services for small, medium, and large organisations across industries.
