Digital Healthcare Brand, PharmEasy announced its plans to hire 200+ engineering talent for its new development centers in Hyderabad, Pune, and NCR region. The company’s initiative to launch new development centers comes as the pandemic has prompted most tech-led companies to accelerate their strategies to meet consumer demands more efficiently. As a result, demand for tech skills has risen across the spectrum.

Abhinav Yajurvedi, CTO, PharmEasy, said, “The new facilities will serve as a significant hub for driving development and innovation. Ahead of the opening of the new centers, PharmEasy will provide opportunities for inquisitive technology professionals across product and engineering, in different locations from all over the country, with a flexible work model.”

The new development centers will begin their operations with a team of experienced leaders who will be at the forefront of the growth charters. They will be available in hybrid and flexible working environments, operating out of shared working spaces for hiring tech talent. Currently, the company stands strong with 6100+ employees.

Hardik Dedhia, Co-Founder at PharmEasy, said, “Our team is focused on building the healthcare ecosystem for a modern and digital-first India, to fulfill our mission; simplifying healthcare and impacting lives. We are looking for exceptionally talented and motivated individuals who are committed to this mission.”

He also added that building out this kind of ecosystem will be a once-in-a-generation opportunity that will benefit hundreds of millions of Indians in improving their health quotient. To manage the scale, complexity and privacy while designing systems to be safe, secure, and user-friendly would be a regular challenge for PharmEasy’s teams to tackle every day.

With the company aiming to solve outpatient healthcare challenges, it would be interesting to see how can they bridge the gap in the healthcare industry with the execution of their hiring initiatives.
