Corporate social responsibility and sustainability management technology platform, Goodera is in talks to raise $12-14 million from  SAIF Partners. According to reports, this could be the most massive bet by SAIF Partners, popularly known for its investments in Makemytrip and Paytm.

Last year, the company raised $5.5 million in a Series A round from Nexus Venture Partners and Omidyar Network.  The platform enables corporates and non-profits to measure and analyze the progress and impact of their CSR projects. The software is powered by the technologies like cloud, mobile, voice, API integration and Big Data. These technologies help manage CSR projects by providing insights through dashboards for different stakeholders and data-driven stories.

Goodera is a CSR lifecycle management platform which provides automation and intelligence across monitoring and evaluation, impact measurement, grantmaking, reporting, and employee volunteering. 

The Bengaluru and Menlo Park-based company was founded in 2014 by Abhishek Humbad and Richa Bajpai. According to media, Goodera has a client base of 150 large enterprises which includes Global Fortune companies located across 30 countries. It was also reported that Ten percent of corporate India’s total CSR spend is managed on Goodera, while 200,000 employees globally volunteer using Goodera.
