Param.ai introduces stand-alone hiring platform for recruiters

Param.ai, an AI-based inbound hiring solution which helps companies make data-backed hiring decisions has introduced an intelligent stand-alone hiring platform.

The company has the earlier version of the product that worked exclusively with ATS-integration.

The new version works as a stand-alone platform giving companies the option to migrate their ATS data if they wish to, helping them make optimum use of their ATS data.

Hari Krishna Reddy, CEO of Param.ai lists the benefits of the product “Param stack-ranks all incoming applications from social media, job boards and various other sourcing channels, giving recruiters a pre-screened list of candidates they can start engaging with. Our Chrome extension provides on-the-fly insights about prospective candidates on professional networking sites, giving recruiters the context needed to build effective relationships with them. The AI sourcing feature of the platform continuously mines the database and recommends candidates to potential job matches, helping optimize the utilization of applicant data. The platform has other exciting features such as the diversity dashboard (to help with diversity hiring) and the option to create customized job pages for publishing job openings on social media. While the earlier version of the product worked exclusively with ATS-integrations, the new version works as a stand-alone platform giving companies the option to migrate their ATS data if they wish to, helping them make optimum use of their ATS data.”

Param CTO Ashish Sahoo says “We are very happy with the way the product has shaped up. We are currently working on bringing more innovation and automation into the recruitment lifecycle by introducing a screening assistant which will help recruiters with pre-screening and engagement of candidates. The pre-screening assistant will help further filter out candidates by gathering additional information and providing candidate insights to the recruiters.”

In December 2017, Param.ai has raised INR 1.75 crores in Seed funding led by the US-based Institutional Fund Core Financials LLC and National award winner actor Ashish Vidyarthi.
