Launched in 2001, Aon Hewitt’s Best Employer research in Asia is focused on providing insights into how organizations can create competitive advantage through people. It also provides an opportunity to explore what makes a workplace of choice and to identify a list of Best Employers in India and other geographies. A rigorous analysis is run to measure the alignment between "Intent-Design-Experience", assessed through CEO survey and interview, People practices survey and Employee opinion survey for all participating organizations.
