By using this report, talent acquisition heads will be able to identify how aligned their TA investments are compared to others in the industry, satisfaction with every channel, popular hiring channels and how much hiring happens through them. These benchmark data points are based on the survey among 201 heads of talent acquisition across organisations in India.
The insights in the study are a combination of the research findings, industry expert interviews, and Indian and global research studies conducted across the past 12 months.
