The socio cultural aspects that make stronger organisations

Much too often, we look for numbers and number-oriented people rather than looking at the softer aspects. It is more important to look at the socio-cultural aspects of the organisation, rather than the numbers.
An organisation and its leaders are always looking at numbers and lose sight of the softer socio-cultural aspects of the organisation. Even a recruiter falls into the trap of numbers, rather than assessing the softer aspects of a candidate. An organisation that retains the capability to look at socio-cultural aspects more closely than numbers ends up having better leaders and more effective people.
