We do not need to recruit from an MBA school anymore

Organisations stop themselves from viewing talent outside of traditional lenses. An organisation that takes good talent and grooms them well is more likely to be successful than one that relies simply on external hiring.
We worked on a one year program with 3 months of on the job plus 9 months of classroom experience through a mini MBA structure. We started with a batch size of 700-800 and have now brought it to 2000. We do not need MBA recruits at all. We often do not see talent in the form in which is present. There is a whole lot of talent that has not been mainstreamed.
