Madhulika Singh has joined Magic Bus India Foundation from WNS where she worked as general manager – of human resources.

Magic Bus India Foundation, a non-profit organisation in the education and skilling space, has announced the appointment of Madhulika Singh as chief human resources officer. 

As CHRO, Madhulika will oversee the human resources functions and lead the development and implementation of the organisation’s human resource strategy.

Madhulika has joined Magic Bus India Foundation with 23 years of experience, spanning diverse industries, including ITES, financial services, startups, and the manufacturing and development sector. Her expertise covers talent acquisition, HR strategy, talent engagement and development, performance management, organisational design, succession planning, mentoring, compensation and benefits administration, HR compliance, learning and development, and HR shared services.

Prior to joining Magic Bus, she served as general manager – human resources at WNS. Concentrix Pvt. Ltd., Vistra/Radius Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and Wipro BPS are other organisations where she worked previously.

Madhulika holds a Graduate degree in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College and a Masters in Social Work (HR) from Delhi School of Social Work.
