Yes Securities, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yes Bank, has welcomed Pankaj Adhav, a seasoned HR professional, as Senior Vice President - Human Resources.

Pankaj has joined Yes Securities with experience in End to End Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy and Policy development, Complete HR Operations and Employee Life cycle Management with 16 Plus years of experience in Financial Services Industry. He confirmed his new job role in a social media post.

Pankaj is responsible for aligning human resources strategies with the company's goals, ensuring a motivated, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

In his most recent role, Pankaj worked with HDFC Ergo General Insurance as the Head of Human Resources Operations. Before that, he worked at 5paisa, Kunvarji Group, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Anand Rathi Shares & Stock Brokers, Religare Enterprises, and Sharekhan among others.

Pankaj is an alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisation Development and Change Management.
