Adani Wilmar appoints new CHRO

Sidhartha Ghosh joins Adani Wilmar Limited as their new CHRO. Prior to this, Ghosh was associated with Reliance Industries Limited, Hydrocarbon Business as Senior Vice President / Corporate Head of ‘Industrial Relations’ for manufacturing, exploration & production and petroleum (R&M). He was based out of Reliance Corporate Park, Navi Mumbai. 

Sidhartha is an XISS (Ranchi) alumnus, he is an industry veteran has a career span of over 32 years in the core sector like Coal, Steel, Chemical, Fertilizer, Insulator, Oil & Gas, CBM and Hydrocarbons as generalist as well as in the specialized role of IR expert.

With a mix stint in the public and private sector enterprises, he worked with conglomerates such as ‘Coal India Limited’ (A Govt of India undertaking), Reliance Industries, Jindal Steel & Power Ltd, Aditya Birla Group.
