Rajashree Birla joins Century Textiles Board of Directors

BK Birla group-controlled Century Textiles and Industries Ltd on Tuesday appointed one of the promoters of Aditya Birla Group, Rajashree Birla, as an additional director of the company. The appointment is under the category of promoter director on recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee of the board.
