3 independent directors and MD of HOEC resign

Several senior level exits in India’s first private sector oil upstream firm, Hindustan Oil Exploration Company, indicate discord inside the company. 3 independent directors, besides the MD, at HOEC have resigned. These resignations were communicated to stock exchanges on Thursday, 9th October.
