Amal Thakore appointed AGC Networks CFO

BSE-listed AGC Networks has appointed Amal Thakore as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Thakore will be responsible for corporate reporting and financial controls at the unified communications major. He had earlier been associated with AGC Networks (formerly AVAYA Global Connect) since its inception in 1987. Thakore is a Chartered Accountant with industry experience of almost 30 years, AGC said. Recently, the Mumbai-headquartered company had appointed Anil Nair as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
