Cognizant to find new CEO

Cognizant’s current CEO Francisco D’Souza, who has been looking to move out of an active management role, will be replaced by a new CEO soon. Accordingly, the company has made changes to its top management layer with a major reshuffling. Rajeev Mehta, who was part of the company’s senior management, will move to the position of the new CEO of IT services. R Chandrasekaran will be the vice chairman for India.
