David Gowdey joins as managing partner of Jungle Ventures

Singapore-based venture capital firm Jungle Ventures said on Thursday that it has hired David Gowdey, the former operating partner at private equity firm TPG Growth, as a managing partner. Before that, he was the head of International Corporate Development, M&A, at Yahoo Inc. Gowdey will lead Series A and B (first and second) stage investments at Jungle, with a focus on the consumer Internet sector.
