Dr. Swatee Sarangi joins Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories

Dr. Swatee Sarangi joins Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as Global Head – Learning, Leadership and Organizational Development. 

In her new role, Swatee will be responsible for enabling the organization’s change mandate and focusing on leadership and capability building. She will also be responsible for skill-building, creating a learning culture and enabling the organization’s digital transformation agenda.

She was earlier Head - Learning & Organization Development at Larsen & Toubro. She has over two decades of rich experience encompassing teaching, research, training, consulting and leading people development practices. She has driven several strategic interventions for business advantage and has extensively worked in areas of learning, leadership, change and work practice innovations.

Swatee is a HR thought leader with a Ph.D. in the area of Talent Management and Organizational Development.
