High demand for Oil PSU executives

Indian executives retiring from oil PSUs are being sought after by foreign firms, especially in the Middle East, Africa, and South America. A database of 5,000 executives of oil executives has created a great deal of interest among foreign firms. The database was recently shared with global oil firms by the oil ministry. A key reason behind this huge demand is the shortage of industry experts across the globe in this sector.
