Infosys creates subsidiary

The new business line will function as a separate subsidiary for Infosys, freeing its focus on outsourcing. Sanjay Purohit, the senior vice president of software products as Infosys, has been named the CEO of the subsidiary. Also, Samson David wll likely be named the Head of operations and Girish Ramachandra as CTO and VP.
