Micromax Informatics chairman Sanjay Kapoor’s exit from Micromax

Differences of opinion and style of functioning were the main reasons for Micromax Informatics chairman Sanjay Kapoor leaving India's No. 2 handset vendor a little over a year after joining. The disagreements between the founders and Kapoor also led to delays in taking decisions, Vikas Jain, cofounder of Micromax, told ET, confirming what has been speculated for long.
