New Forum of Directors

A group of corporate leaders, led by Arun Duggal, former Chairman of Shriram Capital have started a Director’s Forum. The forum was started under FICCI’s Centre for Corporate Governance. This is a conscious effort by the Indian industry to improve the quality and effectiveness of corporate governance.
