New management an issue for younger Patni's resignation !

Anirudh Patni, the son of Patni Computer Systems founder Narendra Patni who joined the company almost a decade ago has decided to resign from his designation of senior VP for strategy and corporate development. The reason behind this tough decision is told to be the differences with the professional management headed by CEO Jeya Kumar, who came on board earlier this year. According to Mr. Kumar, much burden will not be seen if Anirudh leaves as he had a functional role which will not impact their growth prospects. Professionals feel that it is not unusual and some founders of the company are able to understand the need for change and some do not so sometimes things work smoothly but sometimes even when a family tree is involved there can be conflicts.
