New non-executive Chairman at HCL

HCL Infosystems appointed Nikhil Sharma as non-executive Chairman of its board. Sharma was the non-executive director of the board since July 2009. Sinha is the founding vice chancellor of Shiv Nadar University and a senior adviser to the Shiv Nadar Foundation.
