NIIT director resigns

A global talent development company NIIT Ltd on Thursday said director Madhabi Puri Buch had resigned from the company with effect from 10 July. The announcement to BSE was made after market hours. Earlier, NIIT Ltd shares closed down 2.91% at Rs.48.451.45, while the benchmark BSE ended down 0.28% at 25,372.75 points.
