People were scared to join startups: Arvind Gupta at TechHR 2017

Arvind Gupta, Ideas Wall Incubator in conversation with Mohinish Sinha, Deloitte Consulting shared his experiences in the startup world. He talked of the times when people would be reluctant to be associated with a startup. The difficulties in retaining people in startups were one of the major challenges he faced, the primary reason for attrition was surprisingly… “marriage”. Employees used to feel that working in a small, unknown company would harm their matrimonial prospects !!
