Sanjay Nayar resigns from Bharti Infratel

Sanjay Nayar has resigned from the Board of Bharti Infratel. He was a non-executive Director and resigned owing other preoccupations. Nayar is the CEO of KKR India and a member of the Asia Portfolio Management Committee.
