Women retention priorities at the Big 4

The Big 4 professional service firms, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, and EY, have retention of women staff as one of their top priorities. These companies are looking hard to improve their gender diversity numbers in India, where the churn rates for women employees has been far higher than males. Only 10-15% of women make it to senior management levels in these companies.
