Yes Bank appoints Padhmanabhan Kumar as COO

Mumbai: Private sector lender Yes Bank has made three appointments to its senior management team. The bank has appointed Padhmanabhan Kumar as the Chief Operating Officer & Senior Group President. 

Kumar will be responsible for Banking operations across Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Treasury, Transaction Banking and Credit Cards. P Kumar has earlier worked with HDFC Bank and Sutherland Global and will be reporting directly to Rana Kapoor. 

The bank has also made two senior level appointments to its retail banking team. Neeraj Dhawan joins the bank as Group President and Chief Risk Officer - Retail & Business Banking. 

The bank has also appointed Rajan Pental as Group Head - Retail Lending and he will be reporting to Pralay Mondal who heads the banks retail banking division.
