Almost 90% employees willing to leave startup job for big company

The 'Job Switching @ Startup' survey had over 750 employees as respondents: 88% said they would leave their startup job for an established company; 12% said they would not leave their startup job for an established company; 80% of female employees said 'yes'; 90% of male employees said 'no'; Reasons for respondents to quit their startup jobs.
