Organisations holding sensitisation programmes

Prema Sinha (not her real name) recently joined the India operations of a global environmental organisation, but faced taunts about her age from her all-male team — she was 22. "They felt I was too young to have an opinion that mattered," she says. After being prevented from taking up a prestigious international fellowship, Sinha filed a complaint, which she plans to escalate to her firm's international human resources division.
