20% hires in India are women this year: Nokia

New Delhi: Finnish telecom gear maker Nokia said its Indian unit is hiring more women at its core business functions such as R&D, service delivery, manufacturing, sales and marketing to promote gender diversity, which may prove to be a potential profit-cum-productivity driver for the company.
