Increase in women leader hiring in India

According to statistics, Indian companies are hiring woman leaders more than ever before in history. Four of India’s top head hunting companies report more than 100 active searches open for finding women executives. Many of these companies report that their demand for hiring women leaders have increased by over 60% in this year compared to last year.
