Railways announces diversity plans

Railways has announced plans to have 10 per cent of reservations for women in its RPF workforce. The initiative is part of its plans to increase safety of women in Indian Railways. The RPF’s women squad is called Mahila Bahini. The Railways has also introduced an App for women security.
