Women leadership initiatives trend among companies

A number of women-centric initiatives are trending among Indian companies.  To attain a better diversity mix, companies have put together strategies to hire and retain women. Some of these initiatives include, “work from home” for women, grooming women for higher roles, and hiring women managers.
