Flexi-work picking up in India

The trend for giving employees the ability to choose their office timings to balance work with life or flexi-work is rapidly picking up among Indian companies. Many Indian companies, such as Godrej and Citi India have seen a rapid rise in the number of employees opting for flexi-timings, especially young mothers. Flexi work timings are picking up to enable employees to have better work-life balance, while at the same time not losing productivity.
