Air India urges better employee performance

Air India has urged its employees to aim for better performance and improve its operations in 2014. The national carrier has steadily lost passenger volumes to competition and is planning to put renewed efforts on improving operations. Air India recently became a member of the Star Alliance, an exclusive club of 28 elite airlines.
