ING Vysya Bank employees on strike

ING Vysya Bank employees are likely to go on strike on January 7 seeking protection of employee benefits when the bank’s shareholders meet to discuss a possible merger with Kotak Mahindra Bank. The demand of the union is for all ING Vysya Bank employees to be absorbed in Kotak if the merger happens.
