Conceived by an enthusiastic HR professional Ester Martinez who graduated from the Indian School of Business in January 2009, People Matters celebrates its fifth anniversary this year. The company published its first issue in collaboration with AON Hewitt in February 2010. In the same year, the company also conceptualizes and delivers its first event Total Rewards Conclave that set new standards for niche, domain-specific HR conclaves.
