Senior HR veteran Dr. Sanjay Muthal starts a new venture Kontempore leadership Solutions and Services (KLSS). Kontempore portfolio consists of search & selection, consulting, HR technology, and research & analytics. Through these services. 

KLSS aims to bring transformational changes in the leadership & talent landscape of the Industry. KLSS will work closely with HR & Business leaders to provide contemporary solutions. 

Before this new venture, Sanjay Muthal worked in the areas of Executive Search & Consulting where he had an outstanding record in the appointment of CXOs, CHROs, CFOs & Independent directors on the board. His last corporate assignment was with Ajay Piramal Group as President HR. He has earlier worked with RPG Group, Hinduja Group & MNCs like Hoechst & Park Davis. He also has extensive work experience in the Middle East & UK.

He also holds several boards and advisory positions in leading Indian Corporates and Educational Institutions.
